Our students did great both with their artwork as well as how they spent their day. After setting up the display and touring around looking at all of the schools' artwork, we went to Fort Hay's Art Department to watch demonstrations, participate in activities, and just look at the facilities. It was a great day immersed in Art!
Danny Dinkel, of Farm Bureau Insurance, returned to this quarter's Personal Finance class to talk with us about insurance-auto, home, life, etc. We also talked about making good choices and demonstrating maturity with responsible actions. We thank Danny for his time with us again today!

Congratulations to our junior high students who placed in the Hays Arts Council Creative Writing Contest!
7th grade enrichment students did a STEM activity building chairs for stuffed animals using only paper, tape, and scissors. We had some very interesting ideas and the students had fun thinking up creative designs!
7th graders visiting the world! Or at least a part of the world is visiting them.
Some 7th graders elected to participate in a video exchange with students from Opole, Poland. This morning these students learned about the most popular holidays and traditions in Poland, comparing them with our own. Students were most interested in the Polish tradition of dumping water on friends and family on Easter Monday!
Thank you Mrs. Urban for facilitating this exchange where our students get a taste of the great big and beautiful world out there!

Happy Easter (it's still during the 50 days of the Easter season, so I like to say Happy Easter a long time)!
As many know, at TMP-M students are allowed the option of going to confession each Friday. We are so blessed to have a cadre of priests who make it a priority to get to TMP-M each Friday to help us do this.
Anyway, during the Lenten season and 1st week of Easter (Feb. 14-April 5), 212 confessions were heard! Accounting for some faculty and staff confessions, we conservatively estimate 70% of the student body independently chose to go to confession. And we didn't even have school on three of the Fridays during that time period.
Way to go Monarchs! You are amazingly well-rounded and thoughtful kids!
