Come out March 18, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. to support Garrett Feauto and Drew Werth’s Senior Capstone Project. Their project is a Home Run Derby. They are raising money for the TMP-M Baseball Team and helping them buy newer and safer equipment for the team! $10 entry fee, and/or free will donation if you would like to spectate. It will be held at the TMP-M Softball Fields. T-Shirts, Pizza and Prizes will be provided. Anyone is welcome to come support! TMP-M Student Selected as National Semifinalist for NHS Scholarship!
Senior Jensen Brull, son of Jeff and Julie Brull, has been selected as a National Semifinalist for the National Honor Society Scholarship. As a National Semifinalist, Jensen will receive a scholarship award of $3,200. Congratulations Jensen!
Members of the TMP-M Junior High and High School basketball teams traveled to Manhattan Wednesday night to watch the KU vs K-State women’s basketball game. It was a fun experience for all!
TMP-M Ash Wednesday Observance. Today, the students and staff began the school day by celebrating Mass and observing the traditional blessing of the ashes. It's edifying to undergo the journey of Lent with others. TMP-Marian will continue to support the practices of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving throughout the season, leading up to Easter. We pray that the Lenten season is one of growth for everyone!

Monarchs Take 3rd in State Scholars Bowl
Seniors Jensen Brull, Harlie Schmidt, and Anna Stark along with sophomores Hank Corsair, Caleb Marintzer, and Sam Schroeder placed 3rd at 2A State Scholars Bowl in Trego on Saturday. The Monarchs finished 7-3 for the day. For the season, TMP-Marian had a 78-26 varsity record. The JV team finished 26-13. The team was coached by Mr. Isaac Dennis. Congratulations Monarchs!

Congratulations to Evan Staab, Logan Dail, Mattias Marintzer, and Ethan Gibson on representing TMP-M Junior High last night in the Ellis County Spelling Bee. They all did a great job and made us proud. A special congrats to Ethan Gibson on placing in the top 5. Well done, gentlemen!
Last week was a fun week as TMP-M Junior High celebrated Catholic Schools Week. Throughout the week they celebrated faculty & staff, vocations, their country and military personnel & veterans, their students, and the community. Students enjoyed dress-up days along with other activities throughout the week, including Mass with Bishop Vincke on Friday. It was a great week celebrating our schools!

TMP hosted the 2A Regional Scholars Bowl Tournament on the evening of February 2nd. The Monarchs finished the day with a 12-0 record and first place finish. Alexa Fry is a Senior Clarinetist at TMP who Auditioned for the KMEA 1234A All-State Band for 2023. She is chosen and placed 1st Chair alternate for the All State Band! In addition, Her skills also allowed her to be apart of the 12A Honor Band. She will represent TMP along with top Musicians who are in 1A and 2A Schools in Kansas. She will be rehearsing and Performing with the 12A Honor Band in Wichita on February 23-25.
