Congratulations to TMP-M Dane G. Hansen Scholarship Interviewees
TMP-Marian seniors have a strong track record with the Hansen Scholarship program. Typically 20% or more of the senior class qualifies for the interview with about half subsequently winning a scholarship. Your odds of earning scholarships are very good if you complete the Hays Catholic Schools curriculum!
This year's interviewees, who represent 24% of the senior class, are (as pictured L to R) Will Robinson, Lucas Hess, Haley Stecklein, Caleb Marintzer, (bottom row) Gordon Schroeder, Jake Brady, Breanna Seiler, and Brooke Koenigsman. The school will further prepare candidates by providing mock interviews leading up to the Feb. 12 interview date.
God Bless and Good luck Monarchs!

Who Will Get Pied In The Face?
On Monday the 27th, Monday of Catholic Schools Week, the Junior class will start a fundraiser. Three buckets will be placed in the front office with a picture of a teacher attached. Whoever's bucket receives the most money by Thursday the 30th, will get pied in the face after the boys basketball game on Friday the 31st. If the winning teacher is not able to attend the game, we will find a time during house in the next coming weeks. Dollar amounts only, no change. The three teachers participating are....

The faculty and staff of Thomas More Prep-Marian wishes to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the very kind anonymous donor(s) who recently surprised us with a most generous gift. You did not have to be so good to us, but you chose to do so and that makes it all the more special. We feel your care and support and are truly appreciative of your generosity. Thank you for blessing us as we continue our daily commitment to our students and each other. We offer prayers of thanksgiving and blessing for you in return--from our hearts, THANK YOU!

This week, TMP-Marian welcomed 12 new international students. Ten are short-term students from Buenos Aires, Argentina. They are staying with local host families. Thank you families for hosting!
Also, two new full-time students from Beijing, China are staying in the dorm. All new students were welcomed into their Houses on Wednesday.
Here are a few photos of some of the new students being welcomed into their Houses. Have a great 2nd semester Monarchs!
