Ticket Policy: Card and Mobile Payments with GoFan
Effective for the 2024-2025 school year, we will use GoFan digital ticketing for ALL athletic and fine arts events (and many more!) hosted by TMP-M!
Anyone can purchase tickets online, or by presenting a card or mobile payment option at the event admission gate. All major credit cards, including Apple Pay & Google Pay, are accepted.
Junior High athletic ticket prices are: Adults $5 and Youth grades K-12 $4. Children under age 5 are free.
High school athletic ticket prices are: Adults $6 and Youth grades K-12 $5. Children under age 5 are free.
Each TMP-M student MUST have a GoFan pass to enter home events. These instructions have been emailed to all 6th-12th graders.

When guests buy tickets online, they can access and share tickets by email & text without standing in line. You are encouraged to buy tickets online prior to reaching the event site, but for your convenience, signage will be set up upon entry to navigate an online purchase quickly and easily!
HOW TO BUY PASSES
Are full-year passes available for athletics? YES! With cost savings! You have the option to purchase an all-sports pass for high school or junior high or BOTH! ** If you are a recipient of an annual complimentary pass, including faculty, staff, and students, you will be notified by email with an access code. Questions regarding passes can be directed to gofanadmin@tmpmarian.org
On any device, open www.gofan.co or open your GoFan app.
Select Thomas More Prep-Marian.
Select your pass option.
Provide pass holder information by clicking “Add Information.”
Create a GoFan account.
Confirm purchase and payment.
Receive your email confirmation.
Access your pass online or through the GoFan app.
INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS
On any device, open www.gofan.co or open your GoFan app.
Select Thomas More Prep-Marian.
Select the ticket option(s).
Login to your GoFan account, create a GoFan account, or checkout as a guest.
Purchase ticket(s).
Access tickets through the “My Ticket” section of the app or online account.
FAQ:
What if I don't have a smartphone? If you don't have a smartphone, we accept onsite payments with credit and debit cards.
What forms of payment are accepted? Attendees can buy tickets with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do I have to download an app? No. You can buy and use tickets directly from gofan.co.
How do I find my tickets? Attendees can easily access tickets in the confirmation email, reminder email, reminder text, or GoFan app.
How do I use my tickets? Tickets must be presented on a mobile device. Select the ticket(s) you wish to use and press "Use Tickets." A secondary verification screen will display. Show this screen to an event attendant for verification and press "Use Tickets" again. Screenshots are NOT accepted.
How do I share my tickets? To transfer your tickets to someone else, select the Transfer Ticket icon at the top of the ticket screen. Select the tickets you wish to share, and press the Transfer Tickets button at the bottom of the screen. From here, you have the option to share via text or email. Choose your desired option, select the recipient, and the transfer is complete. Screenshots are NOT accepted.
You may transfer a season pass, but please note that passes can only be transferred one time.
Do I need to print my ticket? No. TMP-M will use the Tap to Redeem method to validate tickets.
How do I buy event tickets with reserved seats? If reserved seating is available at the event, it will automatically be part of the checkout process. Once you view the event you want to attend, click "Select Seats" and choose your preferred seats. Your desired seats will be held for a set time to allow you to complete the checkout process. Your purchased tickets will have seat-specific information.
