Administration Positions:
Advancement Director
The Director of Advancement is the person who creates, implements, and reports results to the Principals of the Hays Catholic Schools, COE, and senior administrative team. Motivated by enhancing the mission of the Church, Parish and School, the Director works with the key stakeholders, for strategy approval, the cultivation of major relationships, the execution of fundraising events and all donor related activities.
Administrative and donor relation tasks include managing an office staff of 3.5 FTE, executing plans for fundraising and marketing, and cultivating new donors.
Experience: Hays Catholic Schools graduate preferred, 3-5 years experience with executive responsibility, and knowledge of non-profit organizations.
Compensation: Depends on Experience; range is $60,000-$70,000

Teaching Positions:
High School Counselor
Thomas More Prep-Marian Jr/Sr High School (2A co-ed Catholic school, enrollment 272 students) is seeking a full-time high school counselor.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education and a masters degree in school counseling.
A TMP-Marian counselor will be able to build relationships with students, teachers, and parents in order to assist students in preparing for their current and future situations. Main duties include building class schedules, providing college and career resources, overseeing student Individual Plans of Study, and social/emotional counseling. Candidates who can instruct these skills using Christian teachings and thought are preferred.
Counselors at TMP-Marian are expected to develop caring relationships with students that allow them to demand greatness. TMP-Marian believes giving students multiple pathways to success will help all levels of students persevere after high school.
