Administrative and Teaching Positions:
- TMP-Marian is looking for a full-time Advancement Director to coordinate and direct the school Advancement Department, Endowment Foundation and Alumni Association. The successful candidate will oversee donor/volunteer relations, actively seek major gifts, as well as help the Alumni Assn. Board to manage the Monogram, Homecoming Events and ACE (Auction for Christian Education). The Advancement Director will be an active member of the school Leadership Team and an ex-officio member of the Finance Advisory Council. The Advancement Director will have some travel to be available at alumni gatherings as they occur locally and across the country as well as scheduled meetings with our alumni and donors. The Advancement Director will coordinate with a staff of four full-time and one part-time personnel as well a number of volunteers. The Advancement Director will generate periodic reports at the request of the principal, the Finance Advisory Council, and the Endowment Foundation. TMP-Marian has a long and rich history. A willingness to grow in the understanding of the history, people, and traditions of TMP-Marian and its predecessor institutions is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Prior experience with major giving and foundations is preferred.

Communications and Marketing Manager
- TMP-Marian is looking for a full-time Communications and Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the TMP-Marian website and social media for the school as well as all other external communications. This includes but is not limited to frequent updates of the accomplishments of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Selling and managing ads on the school website which currently has hundreds of thousands of page-views annually will generate revenue for school operations as well. Coordination with local and regional media outlets will be both beneficial and necessary. The Communications and Marketing Manager will also coordinate and solicit written and media content from parents, alumni, and faculty. Coordination with the faculty adviser of The Chancellor, the student newspaper, will help ensure student involvement in the website as well as provide content for our local TV channel, which the Communications and Marketing Manager will oversee. Opportunities to design advertisements for use in school publications as well as outside use will also be part of the job. The Communications and Marketing Manager will also assist the Alumni Association in the digitization and online publication of archival photos, newspapers, yearbooks, and more as well as tasks for helping manage the communications of school on a day-to-day basis such as programming doors, updating the school’s Google calendars, coordinating periodic parent and alumni emailings, and assisting the Technology Director as needed. Beneficial skills include WordPress with plugins, Google docs, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook Pages, Twitter, YouTube Channel. Strong written communications skills are a must, and a sample of professional writing will be required in order to apply for the position.
