Cyber Safety

A member of the 184th Cyber Operations Group visited the Technology Exploration class.  He spoke about the importance of having a strong password for all applications.  The most commonly used passwords are names of kids, pets and siblings.  These are easily hacked by hackers and should not be used as passwords.  In addition, he informed the students to turn off their location on Instagram.  If the location is not turned off, it is easy for anyone to figure out where the student lives and their most common hang outs.  Good reminders in today’s digital world.
